Don’t assume 3 ft of working space applies in all situations

In order to create safe working conditions, OSHA and the NEC [110.26] provide working space requirements that vary according to the hazards involved with the installation and equipment. What about panelboards at the corners of a room (90 degrees), where the working space with overlap the other panelboards working space.

Does dedicated space include the space behind the panel box?
For a home renovation, can a panel box be located in a hallway, where the box opens in the hallway, but a bathroom will be located on the other side of the wall. No plumbing is located in the shared wall.

If the installation includes MCC installed in an "L" configuration with doors facing the inside are there any specific space requirements for the equipment to the side of the working area except the requirement for 90 degree door opening?
