Can you tell me how you can validate this comment... The requirements of 210.52(A) and (D) also apply to occupancies such as hotel guest rooms and dormitory sleeping rooms...when we're talking about "dwelling units", and dwelling units are defined as having cooking and sanitation? Clearly a dormitory sleeping room might just contain a bed and closet. No cooking provisions, and the bathroom could be down the hallway.
