James Myrick, an electrician with Myrick and Sons Electrical Contractors, Graham, N.C., provided the following answer.

  1. The liquidtight flexible metal conduit is not properly secured according to 350.30(A).

  2. The front working-space depth does not comply with Table 110.26(A)(1).

  3. Class 2 thermostat wire installed in the same raceway with the power supply violates Section 300.3 (C)(1). FPN: See 725.55(A) for Class 2 and Class 3 circuit conductors.
