The lack of blank fillers used to close up the unused breaker opening exposing live conductors violates Sections 110-12(a) and 373-4. The receptacle that was cut into this cover over the panelboard in this cabinet is not a recognized installation method. See Section 110-2. The lack of blank fillers used to close up the unused breaker opening exposing live conductors violates Sections 110-12(a) and 373-4. The receptacle that was cut into this cover over the panelboard in this cabinet is not a recognized installation method. See Section 110-2. It seems that this Dallas hotel allows this receptacle to be used to supply an electric grill for car shows and other car lot activities. The cord used to carry the power was more than 50 ft long and was rolled up in the lobby.
