NFPA INTRODUCES CODE WEB SITE FOR ELECTRICAL INDUSTRY

QUINCY, Mass. - The National Fire Protection Association (NFPA), publisher of the National Electrical Code, has designed a new Web site designed to answer Code questions.

The site, www.necdirect.org, is expected to become a useful tool for the electrical industry.

The site features:

1. Free online access to the 1999 NEC.

2. PDF versions of the previous Code editions.

3. Current Flashes newsletters.

4. Online discussions with electrical industry leaders at the NEC Expert Forum.

5. Articles written by industry leaders.
