1. The liquidtight flexible metal conduit is not properly secured, 350.30(A)
2. The front working space depth does not comply with Table 110.26(A)(1).
3. Class 2 thermostat wire installed in the same raceway with the power supply violates Sections 300.3 (C)(1), FPN: See 725.55(A) for Class 2 and Class 3 circuit conductors.
