Expanding foam fills and seals cracks

PowerFoam, a one-part polyurethane expanding foam, fills and seals cracks, insulates, stops leaks and blocks drafts. The CFC-free propellant works on ordinary surfaces such as concrete, brick and metal. The surface can be damp and requires no special preparation. The surface of the foam dries within one to four hours and is fully cured in 12 to 15 hours. Once fully cured, the foam can be sanded, cut, plastered or painted. Flexible conduit offers EMI/RFI shielding

These three types of flexible electrical conduits offer EMI/RFI (electromagnetic and radio frequency interference) shielding. The liquidtight conduits permit traditional wiring solutions in shielding applications, providing an alternative to costly, specialized shielded cable assemblies. The conduit is designed to protect sensitive electronic circuits in applications such as communications, radar and data transmission. The shielding effectiveness ranges from 126 dB at 1 MHz to 120 dB at 1 GHz. Liquatite Electri-Flex Co.

Reel stand simplifies cable and wire pulling

The Sir Reel and Sir Reel Jr. reel stands come in pairs. Electricians can use on-site conduit or rigid pipe as an axle to hold reels up between the stands. The stands are lightweight, safe and easy to carry and use. There are no parts to assemble and they are an inexpensive and effective alternative to costly, bulky reel stands. The larger reel stands can support up to three 2,500-foot wire spools, or spools up to 25 inches in diameter. The smaller product can support up to four 500-foot wire spools, or spools up to 10 inches in diameter. Sir Reel

Multi-purpose formula cleans and protects

The CRC 2-26 multi-purpose precision lubricant features an “all-in-one” formula that allows the user to clean, lubricate and protect against corrosion. The formula is plastic safe, so it can be used around plastic insulators and enclosures without risk of damage or loss of insulating properties. It also helps prevent electrical malfunctions cthat are caused by water penetration, humidity, condensation and corrosion. It also restores resistance values and helps stop current leakage.
