MAY WINNER

Karen James, a CAD technician for RMF Engineering, Baltimore, Md., was the May winner of the What's Wrong Here? contest. She correctly stated that the picture shown in the May 2002 issue of CEE News is a violation of NEC Code 430.102(B). “The locks shall be permanently installed in order to be used as disconnecting means for the motor. This is not a permanent lock.”
