The case of the illegal hidden electrical system

James Goodwin, a consulting electrical engineer with Castagnos-Goodwin and Associates in Houma, La., sent in this photo. This violation consists of three 3/0 AWG conductors and a 2 AWG neutral that was installed in plumbing pipe with two elbows. The installation, which has service conductors between the meter and panel, was found inside the exterior wall of a small retail store. Attention CEE News
