A branch circuit too far

The extra raceway that was connected to the cover of this conduit body is not a recognized method of installing a branch circuit for the supply to electrical equipment. It is also subject to damage and may cause an accident because it can be considered as a tripping hazard. This installation clearly violates Section 110-8. Only wiring methods recognized as being suitable are included in the NEC.
