This bimetal hole saw includes a ¾ variable pitch tooth pattern that cuts 20% faster, improving contractor productivity. This ¾ variable pitch also provides a fast, clean cut that does not sacrifice the quality of the materials being cut, whether metal, wood or composite. The bimetal hole-saw teeth are designed with M42 tool steel reducing premature saw replacement. The saw also includes an extra-thick back plate for smoother, easier cutting with minimal vibration. Because the saw is coated with a steam-oxide finish that doesn’t gum up like paint, the saw runs cooler, lasts longer and works better.

The hole saw arbor features a solid “no gap” connection between the arbor and the hole saw. The special sliding collar locks up against the hole-saw back plate, thus eliminating vibration that could lead to premature wear, tooth fatigue and ragged holes. Greenlee Textron
