The Craftsman Air Mini-Saw is a compact, lightweight (1.8 pounds) reciprocating saw that maneuvers into limited clearance areas that conventional reciprocating saws can't reach. The pneumatic saw produces 5,000 strokes per minute. It cuts through a variety of materials including mild steel, aluminum, plastic, fiberglass and wood. The 9 3/4-inch saw features a 2 1/4-inch steel blade. The saw also features a lock-on mechanism for continuous-use applications and a regulator so users can match stroke speed to the job.

The reciprocating saw's average air consumption is 6.0 scfm at 90 psi with a 3/8-inch-diameter hose and a 1/4-inch diameter inlet. The Mini Saw is available only through the Sears Craftsman Power and Hand Tools catalog.
