The evidence of work done in a neat and workmanlike manner required by Sections 110, 640-6, 640-22, 640-23, 720-11, 725-7, 760-8, 770-8, 800-6, 820-6, and 830-7 is a sure bet here. Fromholt has been an electrician for many years, and accomplished his journeyman electrician status by training for the time required by his affiliation. He is considered to be a "Qualified Person."
