Electrical Contractor Falls from Catwalk

A 60-year-old electrical contractor died last week after falling from a catwalk in a performing arts building at a Florida college. WTSP.com, a Florida news station, reported that Terry Lynn Flack fell 30 to 40 feet from the catwalk at Eckerd College on Jan. 16.

He was taken to Bayfront Medical Center, where he was pronounced dead. Investigators say it is possible he suffered a medical episode, which caused him to fall off the catwalk. So far, nothing has been found to suggest an equipment or structural failure...(WTSP.com)

Flack worked as an electrical contractor for Universal Control.
